Refund policy – UNAM Chicago
- If you UNAM Chicago cancels the course, you will be refunded 100% of the amount paid.
- If the student requests a refund for up to 7 days before the start of the course, you will be refunded 100% of the tuition.
- If the request is made during the first week of classes, we will refund tuition, less a 20% administrative costs.
- Applications will not be accepted for refund after the first week of classes, regardless of whether the student attended or not.
- There are No refunds for books under any circumstances.
- No refunds will be given for classes or sessions that the student does not attend.
- In the case of private lessons, apply policies 2 and 3. The student can cancel a session with less than 24 hours in advance. Not to do so, the session shall be deemed to be taken and there will be no refund. Private lessons must be completed in a maximum period of 3 months from the date of payment.
- All refund requests MUST be made in writing to the e-mail mnavarro@unam.mx during office hours: Monday to Friday from 9:30 to.m. to 5:00 p. m.
Legal Notice
The academic services offered by UNAM Chicago are subject to a minimum and maximum number of participants. For this reason, it is STRONGLY recommended not to perform additional expenses such as airline tickets, hotel reservations, medical insurance or purchase of educational materials until you have confirmed your registration and the opening of the course.
In accordance with our policies, refunds will only apply to the payment of the program. Therefore, UNAM Chicago IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any other expense related to the academic services offered on this web site.
