POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSO DE LA UNAM CHICAGO
1. If the course is cancelled by UNAM Chicago, there will be a 100% refund of the tuition paid.
2. Si un estudiante solicita un reembolso dentro de los 7 días anteriores al primer día de clases, se aplica un reembolso del 100%.
3. If a student requests a refund within the first week of classes, there will be a refund of the tuition subject to an administrative fee of 20%.
4. No applications will be considered for reimbursement after the first week of school, whether the student attended classes or not.
5. No refunds for books under any circumstances.
6. We will not accept refunds for sessions or classes that the student misses.
7. En caso de lecciones privadas, se aplican las políticas de pago y reembolso 2 y 3. El estudiante puede cancelar una sesión hasta con 24 horas de anticipación. Si no se cancela, la UNAM considerará la sesión asistida sin opción de reembolso. El estudiante tendrá que completar sus lecciones privadas dentro de los 3 meses de la fecha de pago.
8. Todas las solicitudes de reembolso DEBEN hacerse por escrito a la oficina administrativa de la UNAM Chicago por correo electrónico a mnavarro@unam.mx,
